We’re Brandon and Melissa Palm, a husband-and-wife team passionate about transforming homes. We’re blessed with four daughters—each named after a flower, inspiring the floral theme behind the brand. We bring the same care and attention to detail to every project that we do to our family life. We spent the last few years in Greenville, SC, where one of our projects was proudly featured on the GVLMOD House Tour of 2025. After our personal home was severely damaged by Hurricane Helene, we relocated to Baxter Village in Fort Mill, SC, where we continue to enjoy a great community and family life. We are followers of Jesus and active members at Elevation Church at the Ballantyne campus.

Before moving to South Carolina, we owned and operated a full-service remodeling and design company in Florida, where we renovated hundreds of luxury homes, crafted custom cabinetry, and built-in closets. Our hands-on experience ranges from managing large-scale remodels to creating detailed interior finishes. What set us apart was our integrated design-build approach: we manufactured custom closet systems and cabinetry in our own shop, curated finishes in our showroom, and worked directly with clients to bring their vision to life. This combination of design expertise, craftsmanship, and client-focused service gave us a deep understanding of how to optimize space, function, and aesthetics in every home. In late 2021, we sold our remodeling business, cabinet shop, and showroom to start a new chapter in the Carolinas. Our approach hasn’t changed, it is still hands-on and personal: we handle every step, from design to installation, ensuring your vision comes to life exactly as imagined.

Clever began as a cabinet, closet, and window treatment studio and has evolved into a full-service design-build firm, bringing the same creativity, craftsmanship, and convenience to every project. Launching in 2026, Design-Build by Clever will introduce its mobile design studio, bringing inspiration, finishes, and samples straight to your home—making the design process simple, convenient, and enjoyable.
