welcome to the family

We’re Brandon and Melissa Palm, a husband-and-wife design-build team passionate about transforming homes with care and intention. Inspired by our four daughters—each named after a flower—we bring the same attention to detail to our work as we do to our family life. After years in Greenville, SC, where one of our projects was featured on the 2025 GVLMOD House Tour, we brought our passion for home remodeling to the Charlotte area. We are followers of Jesus and active members of Elevation Church in Ballantyne.

Before the Carolinas, we owned and operated a full-service remodeling and design company in Florida, renovating hundreds of luxury homes and producing custom cabinetry and closet systems in our own shop. That hands-on, integrated design-build approach remains the foundation of Clever today.

What began as a cabinet, closet, and window treatment studio has evolved into a full-service design-build firm. Launching in 2026, Design-Build by Clever introduces a mobile design studio—bringing finishes, samples, and inspiration directly to your home.
